We love Abalone Pearl, our 3rd time staying at this clean updated house in the old section of Dillon Beach. It also has a nice outdoor area and garage parking. We will be back!

This is the third time I’ve rented this cabin. Great location, views and amenities. Linda and Chelse have been very helpful and made renting easy. It is set up great for cooking and barbecuing. I can’t wait to go back.

Our family just finished a stay at Abalone Pearl recently and we loved it. Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens. The website said pet friendly and they meant it! There was a nice outside dog Kennel for our dogs, and food/ water bowls were provided! The patio is nice and open, and and fully enclosed which is great for toddlers and dogs. Imagine our surprise when we found an additional raised seating area out back behind the kennel! We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We will definitely be renting from Moore vacation. Rentals again!

The interior is spacious with plenty of comfort. A lovely full kitchen and the two double baths were awesome. There is a good sized dog run along the back, but the two-story gated patio gave plenty of outdoor space. Sometimes rentals have inaccessible areas that take away from that "home" feeling. That is not the case with Abalone Pearl. We did not need everything available, but knowing there is a laundry room, fireplace, garage, kitchen amenities, and linens was wonderful. We have stayed at several homes through Moore Vacation Rentals, and they are always very clean and accommodating. We look forward to our annual stays at Dillon Beach and Abalone Pearl will be our new number one choice.

My dog and I were fortunate to be able to spend a glorious month at Dillon's Beach [on my 'bucket list'] in awesome Abalone Pearl! The beach 'cottage' was was just as I had hoped......the living/dining area has high open beam ceiling and large windows facing the ocean! The cottage was immaculate!!!!!! The brick wood burning fireplace [stocked w/logs]for the chilly nights. Large comfy reading/TV chairs and dining table [w/fresh garden flowers] faced the ocean. Kitchen and baths very well stocked. Every morning I would have hot coffee in the upper garden sitting among flowers, watching the ocean. Then walk 2 blocks to the sandy beach. How perfect!!!!!!! My dog who had never seen the ocean, taught herself to 'body' surf! We're both so, so happy that I chose Abalone Pearl! Thank you Linda for a perfect month at the ocean/beach. We loved everything! The Abalone Pearl is a wonderful cabin. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and well appointed. We had everything thing we needed to cook every meal. Both bathrooms were updated and very clean. The whole cabin was comfortable and lovely. Our week at Dillon was relaxing and carefree. Thank you so much for a great vacation. We hope to stay again.

We had a great week at Abalone Pearl! The living room is super cozy and great for morning coffee and book reading while watching the fog over the beach. The view is also spectacular when the fog clears and the sun shines whether you are inside, on the first deck or the second deck. The kitchen is wonderful and very modern. They have every dish you could possibly need and likely 2 or 3 of them. Having the laundry was super helpful and the large garage. The bedrooms were just right. Thank you!

Hi - we came back for a second year in a row and still love Abalone Pearl! The weather did not cooperate (very cloudy and rainy) but we were cozy in the house. All the beds are comfortable and everything very clean. The only two things I would add would be a kettle for boiling water (I'm a tea drinker) and a full length mirror somewhere in the house. But otherwise, all is wonderful!

We stayed for 4 days over Christmas 2023 with our 2 dogs. Had an absolutely fabulous time. We managed to squeeze in between storms and had perfect winter weather. And just a few minute walk to the beach. The house is immaculate. Clean, fully furnished and well stocked kitchen. And having the garage to park in was a nice benefit. Be sure to bring you own bath toiletries as there are only towels and linens. Would definitely stay again.

Moore Vacation rentals is always helpful in finding a rental that works right for us even with our three dogs. This stay wasn’t a plan to stay but we had to leave our house so that it could get renovated and ready to sell. We found out at the last minute, and even with that, Linda and Chelsey were able to get us a rental with the dogs, it was amazing from the moment we walked in the door at the abalone pearl. It smelled so good it was so clean and fresh the cutest house ever love the ground great spot for my dogs and to see the beach. We had some issues with the smoke detector going off and Linda was so gracious about working hard to get that taken care of. We appreciate that we love Dillon Beach and have been going for about 30 years and MOORE VACATION RENTALS has always been or go to.

This place has everything you need to relax and enjoy beautiful Dillion Beach. Good parking, comfortable furniture and beds. Great well stocked kitchen. Amazing view of the ocean. Has a perfect deck for relaxing. One of my favorite rentals.
